These terms govern your use of this site and any preliminary contact with Le Tay Atelier. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we offer here
This site is an informational and contact surface for Le Tay Atelier, a solo software engineering practice. It describes services, shows past work, and provides a way to start a conversation. Any actual engagement — custom software development, consulting, or retainer — requires a separate signed agreement.
No engagement until signed
Discovery calls, contact-form messages, AI-chat conversations, and informal email exchanges do not create a binding contract. We are engaged only once a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, designs, code, brand marks — is owned by Le Tay Atelier and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement is set by that engagement's signed agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse the AI chat (spam, harassment, attempts to extract sensitive prompts, automated scraping), reverse-engineer or attack the site's infrastructure, or use the site in ways that violate applicable law.
AI chat assistant
The chat assistant is provided as a convenience. Its responses may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. They are not professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. Do not rely on them for important decisions.
Warranties
The site and the chat are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to USD 100 or the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Le Tay Atelier harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or block access to the site or the chat if we believe it is being abused. These terms otherwise continue to apply for as long as you use the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will be settled by the competent Vietnamese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
Severability
If any clause of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.
